What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

The MOQ is 20 units.

Do you offer any discounts?

Yes, we offer a 2% discount on orders of 50-99 units and a 5% discount on orders of 100 units or more.

What are the typical lead times?

Logo Setup: 1 week
Logo Application & Processing: 2-3 weeks
Shipment: 1-3 days

Where do you ship from?

Our warehouse is located in Winnipeg, Manitoba.

Do you offer embroidery or screen printing? Which do you recommend?

We offer both services, included in the price. We recommend screen printing for the exterior of the jackets and embroidery for the fleece of the 3-in-1 jackets.

How long does the screen print last?

Yes, our screen print is designed to last for the lifetime of the jacket. You can wash the jackets without worrying about the logo fading or coming off. Should you have any issues, please do not hesitate to reach out.

What is the ordering process?

Send us a high-quality copy of your logo for digitization.
Fill out the order form with the quantities, sizes, colors, and logo placement needed.
After the design and logo setup, it takes 2-3 weeks for logo application and processing, followed by a quick shipping turnaround.

How can we determine sizing?

How long does shipping take?

For local orders in Winnipeg, delivery is usually within 1-3 business days. For out-of-province orders, please allow 2-5 business days.
