We are happy to accept returns within 60 days of delivery on unused items in their original packaging. Ultimately, we are grateful for your business and our goal is your satisfaction. If for some reason you are unhappy, simply reach out to us at contact@northernsuncanada.com so we can work on a solution.

We currently ship throughout Canada to all Provinces and Territories.

We work closely with Canada Post to get the best rates possible to ship within Canada. Because of the partnership that we have, all orders are eligible for expedited shipping which takes 2-5 days to arrive within Canada.

Our products are designed in Canada and manufactured in China. If that's a deal breaker, we get it but here's a couple of things to consider before you write us off.

1. China has loads of garment manufacturing experience with high standards, modern technology, and efficient operations which ensures the garments remain affordable
2. We only work with one factory that we know, trust, and visit annually to ensure high labour standards and, not just good, great working conditions
3. The factory is OEKO-TEX Standard 100 certified
4. We Quality Check every product before it leaves the factory and stand behind our products. If you ever have any issues with the quality, just send us a message.
5. Remember that ‘Made in Canada’ only requires 10% of final assembly to happen in Canada

We always recommend following the wash and care labels on the garments; however, a general rule of thumb is to use a Gentle Machine Wash with like colors/items in cold water, and hanging them to dry. You can always start by wiping or dabbing dirty areas with a clean, wet cloth, before opting to use the washing machine. We also recommend using a gentle cycle.

We recommend Hang Drying or Tumble Drying on low. Do not use Fabric Softener and Do not Bleach or Iron - this can deteriorate the fabric fibers.

Please return the item following the regular returns process. Please also feel free to reach out to us at contact@northernsuncanada.com with a photo of the damage so that we can better understand the situation and provide feedback to the manufacturer.

We offer free shipping on all returns - each order comes with a prepaid return label for your convenience. If you did not receive one, please reach out.

Yes, all packages are assigned a tracking number which will be added to your order automatically. You can also receive text or email updates if you choose to enable that option once the order has been placed.
